Streaming Webcast Troubleshooting

1) Please test your system's compatibility with our sample video stream.

2) Webcasts require Windows Media Player 9.0 or later. If you do not have Windows Media Player, you may install it now by going to: http://www.microsoft.com/mediaplayer (Select and download version most appropriate for your system.) You may also need to update your Windows Media Codecs.

3) If the video stream becomes choppy or stalls, pressing CTRL-R will refresh the stream, and should resolve the issue.

4) If you cannot hear the presentation please check your volume controls. There are 3 areas you may find volume controls: Inside the presentation window, just below the video area, is the Media Player volume control. If you find that you cannot adjust the volume, try clicking the speaker icon twice to mute, and then un-mute the volume. The + and - volume controls should now be available.

Go to Control Panel --> Sounds & Audio Devices. Adjust the volume slider and confirm that Mute is not selected.

External speakers typically have a physical volume control dial or knob that you can use to increase or decrease the volume level.
